DESIGNING A PROGRAM FOR
Clearly define your mission, vision, values, and goals. This will provide a framework for us to integrate your core beliefs into the program for added team alignment and inspiration. We will distribute assessments and build profiles for each participant prior to launch.
Your team participates in mastermind meetings and attends office hours and completes assignments. We monitor and address any gaps in participation. By incorporating surveys and progress reports, we stay laser-focused on goals.
At the conclusion of the program, we review progress and provide recommendations for any next steps to ensure everyone continues their leadership journey.
